Q: How soon do we have to contact you to book a day for a paella?

A: The sooner the better we usually book our events a month or two in advance.

Q: Do you require any deposits and how much?

A: Yes! the only way to secure a day with us is by signing our contract and paying a 20% deposit.

Q: Are deposits refundable?

A: Deposits are non-refundable, however you can change your event's date up to 2 days in advance as long as we are not booked for the new date.

Q: What time your chef starts cooking and how long does he/she stays?

A: We come to the location 2 hours before serving time and stay there 2 hours after to serve.

Q: What is the minimum amount of persons that you can cook a paella for?

A: 30 and up to 1000+
