This is the traditional Paella.  Chicken, calamari, shrimp, sausages and mussels 

cooked in a chicken broth then garnished with green peas and red bell peppers.

This is the paella for the seafood lover.  Loaded with fresh fish chunks,

 shrimp, mussels, clams, scallops, calamari and lobster.  Cooked in a delicious fish broth, 

that is what makes this paella so special.  Garnished with green peas and red bell peppers.

This is the perfect paella to impress everyone at your party.  It is the same as the

 "Paella Marinera" but we include half a tail of lobster (4oz approx.) for each guest.
