Don Paella Catering is a family owned and operated business that was started by chef Youry Tundidor that with a passion for making great food affordable in 2003 started delivering delicious meals to corporate events and pharmaceutical reps meetings. Didn't take long for him to grow the clientele and in 2005 he got the idea of making Paellas at the event. It was an immediate success, after one year the amount of business had doubled and now is very well known in Miami and South FL as the most delicious Paella in the area. Our success is due to the fact that our staff, chefs, cooks, servers, waiters, bartenders etc love and enjoy what they do and we only use the freshest and highest quality ingredients available.
Although we specialize in Paella Parties we are also famous for a delicious Lechon Asado or Pig Roast and our Parrillas and BBQ's. We also offer a wide variety of horderves and appetizers. Probably the best conch fritters you've ever had and the tostones rellenos and coconut shrimp are to die for.
