Waiters
Give your guests attentive service while you enjoy the occasion. Ask about help with food service, clearing tables, and keeping guest areas tidy during your event. We’ll agree on the specific duties with you before booking.
Minimum booking: 4 hours per waiter.
Planning guide: approximately 1 waiter for every 20–25 guests. Your service style, venue layout, and requested duties may call for additional staff.

Bartenders
Keep drinks flowing with a bartender dedicated to your celebration. Share your drink menu, bar setup, and service hours so we can plan the right level of support.
Minimum booking: 4 hours per bartender.
Planning guide: approximately 1 bartender for every 50 guests. Cocktail complexity and the number of bars can change the staffing recommendation.
Alcohol, mixers, ice, glassware, and bar equipment are confirmed separately in your quote.

A LITTLE PLANNING GOES A LONG WAY

A backyard, a condo, and a large event venue each need a different plan. Share what you know, and we’ll work through the details with you.

Travel outside Miami-Dade and logistically complex venues, including condos or high-rises, may add fees. Rental delivery is quoted separately based on ZIP code; after-hours or same-day pickup may cost extra. Applicable charges are confirmed in your quote.

Where does Don Paella cater?
We serve all of South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and the Florida Keys. Most of our events are in Miami-Dade and Broward. Share your event address so we can confirm availability, travel and delivery arrangements. Select events elsewhere in Florida may also be available.
Does requesting a quote reserve my date?
No. A quote request starts the conversation. A 30% deposit is required to reserve your event date after availability and service details are confirmed. Approving an estimate alone does not complete the booking.
Can you provide waiters and bartenders?
Yes. Waiters and bartenders are available as separately quoted services, with a four-hour minimum. We’ll help plan staffing for your guest count and service needs. Confirm alcohol, mixers, ice, glassware and bar equipment separately. Explore event staffing.
