Have an ingredient or menu item in mind that is not listed? Tell us what you would like and we will work with you on the options. Availability and any price changes are confirmed in your quote.
Guest plates, utensils, napkins, and other tableware are not included with our stations. Request tableware or party rental equipment and we will confirm the additional cost based on your needs.
Electrical outlets
Customers must arrange accessible electrical outlets for all food stations. We bring extension cords. Coordinate the setup with your venue before the event.
Cover & lighting
Please provide a suitable covered cooking and serving area in case of rain, plus adequate lighting for evening events.
Arrival & service
Our staff arrives approximately two hours before serving time. One hour of station service is included. Arrange extra service time in advance; additional fees may apply.
Travel & access
Travel fees apply outside Miami-Dade County. Condos, high-rise buildings, and other locations with difficult access may require additional charges. Tell us about your venue and any setup restrictions when requesting your quote.
