The standard brunch package is $32 per person with a minimum of 30 guests, or $960. The menu below and your choice of orange juice, sodas, or both are included. Optional beverage services, custom requests, rentals, and applicable additional fees are confirmed in your quote.

OPTIONAL BEVERAGE ADD-ONS

Add hot coffee, Cuban cafecito, or cold frappé drinks to your brunch. Each service you select is an additional $5 per person, and we bring the required equipment.
These optional beverage services are priced separately from the $32 brunch package. Orange juice, sodas, or a combination of both are already included.

Staff & equipment
Our team brings the station equipment needed to prepare, warm, and serve the food. Our team prepares omelets and eggs to order and serves your brunch buffet. We also bring the toaster.
Arrival & serving time
We arrive approximately two hours before your scheduled serving time. One hour of station service is included. Request extra service time in advance; additional fees may apply.
What your venue provides
Please arrange accessible electrical outlets for our station equipment. We bring extension cords. Provide a suitable covered cooking and serving area in case of rain, plus adequate lighting if your event takes place in the evening.
Coordinate these requirements with your venue before the event and let us know about any access or setup restrictions.
Guest tableware
Guest plates, utensils, napkins, and other tableware are not included. Please provide them or request them from us at an additional cost based on your needs.
Travel fees apply outside Miami-Dade County. Condos, high-rise buildings, and other venues with more complex access may require additional charges. Include the location and access details in your quote request.
Rentals & special requests
Our stations are fully customizable. Tell us about ingredients, dietary preferences, or other requests before ordering. You can also request tables, chairs, linens, tents, and other party equipment; additional costs are confirmed in your quote.
