All of our food stations are customizable. If you would like an ingredient, protein, topping, or other item that is not listed, tell us what you have in mind. We will work with you on the options and confirm availability and any price changes before booking.
Please mention dietary preferences and food allergies when requesting your quote so we can discuss your needs.
We provide the staff and equipment needed to heat or keep the food warm and serve your taco buffet.
Arrival & serving time
Our team arrives approximately two hours before your scheduled serving time. One hour of buffet service is included. Please request any extra service time in advance so we can confirm availability and additional fees.
Tableware is separate
Guest plates, utensils, napkins, and other tableware are not included with our stations. Request what you need and we will include any additional cost in your quote.
You can also request tables, chairs, linens, tents, and other party rental equipment. Tell us about your venue, access, and setup needs so we can confirm the arrangements and any applicable extra charges.
Please arrange accessible electrical outlets for our station equipment. We bring extension cords. Provide a suitable covered cooking and serving area in case of rain, plus adequate lighting if your event takes place in the evening.

Travel & venue access
Travel fees apply outside Miami-Dade County. Condos, high-rise buildings, and other venues with more complex access may require additional charges. Share the location and access details when requesting your quote.
